Jingyu Zhang

Jingyu Zhang is a postdoctoral associate in the Management Department of the Warrington College of Business at University of Florida. She received a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Illinois Chicago. Her research focuses on leadership, the work-nonwork interface, and employee interactions in the workplace. Specifically, her current work examines the role of romantic partners in shaping leadership dynamics and employee outcomes across work and family domains.
