Jelena Nagle

Jelena is a proud Army veteran who earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a specialization in Management from Saint Leo University in January 2007. Following her degree completion, Jelena transitioned into over a decade of retail management, where she honed her leadership and operational expertise. She then served 8 years in the federal government, with her last role as the Director of Graduate Studies at the United States Air Force Academy. In this role, she worked with hundreds of cadets, guiding them through the graduate school application process and helping them identify advanced degree programs aligned with their career goals, including preparation for prestigious scholarships such as the Rhodes and Marshall. Jelena is passionate about empowering students to achieve their educational and professional aspirations and is eager to support them in their journey.
