Jane Cash Amaba

Jane joined the Graduate Business Career Services team in October 2026 as Program Director, Careers in Finance. She guides full-time MBA students through the competitive recruiting landscape for finance and consulting roles, while partnering with employers and faculty to ensure career preparation keeps pace with industry expectations. Jane decades of executive and finance experience at FedEx, where she most recently served as Vice President of Finance. In that role, she led an internal consulting team that evaluated high-stakes strategic initiatives and delivered financial insights that drove measurable business results. She draws on her executive experience to help students bridge the gap between academic achievement and professional opportunity. A proud Gator, Jane holds a Doctor of Business Administration from the University of Florida, an MBA in Finance from the University of Georgia, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech. She is passionate about connecting employers to exceptional talent and empowering the next generation of business leaders to turn ambition into lasting impact.
