Giulia Maimone is a postdoctoral scholar in Marketing at the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business. She earned her Ph.D. in Marketing from UC San Diego.

Dr. Maimone’s research lies at the intersection of judgment and decision-making, social cognition, and consumer behavior. She studies moral reasoning, political polarization, and responses to moral transgressions. A second stream of her work examines how conceptual structures—such as bipolarity vs. unipolarity, linearity vs. nonlinearity, and attributional construals—influence judgments and preferences.
