David joined the Business Career Services team as Associate Director for Undergraduate in December 2025. He brings over nine years of experience in student affairs and career services. Most recently, he served as Senior Assistant Director for Career Pathways at UF’s Career Connections Center, where he spent five years supporting students pursuing careers in Business, Public Service, and Tourism and journalism and communications.

At UF, David has developed impactful career programs and experiential learning initiatives in collaboration with faculty and employers, helping students build professional skills and explore career options. Highlights of his work include leading Career Treks to organizations such as NASA’s Kennedy Space Center, law schools at Florida International University and the University of Miami, and Rosen Hotels and Resorts.

David is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration at UF, where he is researching how social sciences faculty engage in students’ career development. He also holds a Certified Master of Career Services credential from the National Career Development Association. David is an Indiana native and previously worked in career services at Indiana Wesleyan University and Taylor University, where he earned a B.A. in Journalism and an M.A. in Higher Education and Student Development.
