Fisher Current Students is designed to provide currently enrolled FSOA students with policies, procedures, and events unique to the School. It provides basic information needed to develop a plan of study, but is not designed to replace academic advising. Students seeking admission requirements for our degree programs should visit each program section of the website.

Important Date
Saturday, August 10, 10:00am: The Summer 2024 Commencement Ceremony for accounting graduates will be held at the Stephen C. O’Connell Center. For more information, visit the UF Commencement webpage. For questions, email UF Commencement.
FSOA Students
Beginning of Term Advising: Special walk-in advising will be available at the beginning of the Fall semester. More information will be available in next week’s announcements. In the meantime, feel free to call our office at (352) 273-0200 to schedule an advising appointment prior to the Fall semester.
Graduate Module Classes Start of Semester: Graduate module classes, including the taxation and auditing classes taken by BSAc students and all MAcc students, will start on Monday, August 26, while semester-long classes will begin on Thursday, August 22. Please note these dates as you plan for starting your Fall semester. Also, graduate module courses will no longer have a separate final exam week. See Module Dates for more information.
Innovation Challenge: UF’s Blackstone LaunchPad is thrilled to announce the upcoming “Innovation Challenge” from September 10-12 at the Reitz Union’s Career Connections Center. In partnership with the Orlando Magic, this event will offer participants the chance to solve real-world business challenges within the sports industry. Individuals and teams will compete for $3,000 in cash and awards, with the top contenders advancing to a statewide final for a $10,000 prize and a special Magic Experience. All students are invited and must RSVP with their UFL email.
