MyFisher is designed to provide currently enrolled FSOA students with policies, procedures, and events unique to the School. It provides basic information needed to develop a plan of study, but is not designed to replace academic advising. Students seeking admission requirements for our degree programs should visit each program section of the website.

Saturday, October 18, 11:00am-1:00pm: FSOA Student Council is teaming up with the School to sponsor the annual Alumni BBQ in the J. Michael Cook/Deloitte Student Commons (Gerson Hall). It will be a great way to meet our advisory board members who are leaders in the accounting profession, other alumni, and to grab a free lunch before the kick-off of the UF vs. Missouri football game. We hope to see you there in your orange and blue game day attire!

Monday, October 20, 5:30pm - 7:00pm: Do you have a great idea for peace but don’t know what to do with it? "Projects for Peace" is an opportunity for all undergraduates to design a "project for peace". The top submission will be awarded $10,000 for a project implemented during the summer of 2015. Join the first info session at the University of Florida International Center to learn more about the program and how to apply.

Friday, October 24, 10:00am: "Legalize Marijuana? A Conversation with the Experts," A number of former Fisher School students are involved with the Law Review at UF. They are co-sponsoring a program being held in the Curtis M. Phillips, M.D. Center for the Performing Arts at the University of Florida. The event is sponsored by the Allen L. Poucher Legal Education Series and is presented by the Florida Law Review. It is free and open to the public.

SunTrust Robinson Humphrey is accepting applications from sophomore and juniors for their annual Diversity Leadership Summit November 6-7 in Atlanta. Candidates include females, minorities, military veterans, LGBTA and students with disabilities. Event includes presentations, networking and interviews for 2015 Summer Analyst positions. Travel, lodging and meal expenses related to event covered by SunTrust. The DC Gator Club will be awarding a scholarship in the amount of $1,000 to a UF student interning in the DC area (DC, Northern Virginia, Maryland)in the 2014 Fall term and/or the 2015 Spring term.
