Dr. Ariane Froidevaux has obtained her Ph.D. and M.S. in Psychology at the Institute of Psychology of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland. Her research interests focus on older worker employment and the retirement process, career development, and identity. She received Academy of Management Careers Division Michael Driver Best Applied Paper Award (2015), Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of the University of Lausanne Excellence Award (2011) and was Finalist for the Academy of Management Careers Division Best Student Paper Award (2016). She has been awarded a Postdoctoral Mobility Fellowship from the Swiss National Science Foundation (2016) and currently develops her research projects at the Department of Management of the Warrington College of Business of the University of Florida.
