Case studies for CANTO
November 19 - 21, 2001
Utility professionals examined regulators’ roles in telecommunications interconnection and future models for data and voice networks, as well as how to assess the effects of telecommunications competition.
Dr. Mark Jamison prepared the case studies for the Caribbean Association of National Telecommunication Organisations (CANTO). Approximately 35 industry, ministry, and regulatory agency managers from the Caribbean were in attendance. He also provided a notebook of readings on telecommunications interconnection and competition.
