Business Ethics Ambassadors

True business leadership requires a code of ethics. Business ethics ambassadors are highly motivated students committed to bringing ethics to the forefront of entrepreneurial engagement.

Incoming students are provided guidance by an experienced student who is currently in their junior or senior year.

Warrington Welcome

This one-credit transition course for first-year students is designed to promote a sense of community at the college and assist you with various academic and personal goals.

Career and Peer Mentors

An internship is a first step. Career and peer mentors provide professional career development to acquire internships. These mentors are Heavener’s most successful third and fourth year students.

Florida Leadership Academy

This year-long leadership program develops future leaders and polished professionals by providing opportunities for personal growth and networking. Students will explore emotionally intelligent leadership principles, practice professionalism, serve the community, and put their skills to the test in a business case competition.

Heavener Leadership Challenge

A semester-long program that empowers you to develop into an exemplary leader, it is framed by the principles from the best-selling book “The Student Leadership Challenge.” Students engage in weekly action-based scenarios to experience leadership practices in real time.

Heavener Second-Year Experience

Through a single-day retreat experience, second-year business students have the exclusive opportunity to find their workstyle and career potential. Our retreat mobilizes a team of students to execute their career plan while constructing an authentic professional identity in the Warrington College of Business.

Leadership Development Program

This year-long business program for undergraduate students is structured after The Generative Partnership® Model of Leadership. Students actively apply skills and knowledge, ensuring a practical and hands-on experience that reinforces their leadership development.

Warrington Diplomats

The Warrington Diplomats are the official student ambassadors of the Warrington College of Business. This organization is comprised of highly committed and motivated business students selected through a competitive application process.
