An advocacy group for MBA students
The Warrington College of Business MBA Association is a student-run organization that brings the Warrington collective together — current students, alumni, and the greater Gainesville area. Its goal is to build intentional communities within each of these pockets.
MBA Association membership is open to all and connects, enriches, and celebrates the MBA journey. The organization encourages students to get involved, be it through event attendance, participation, or organization.
Programs and services
Members of the association oversee governance of programming which includes professional development, networking — among peers, alumni, and community stakeholders — philanthropy, student wellness, and key social events.

Nate Rhondeau
President
As someone trying to make a career pivot from construction and software tech, the UF MBA gave me the tools I needed to land my dream summer internship at JPMorgan. I am excited to give back as the incoming MBAA president and make an already wonderful MBA experience even more impactful for students.

Conner Cronk
Chief Operating Officer
Conner brings a strong background in operations and client management to the MBAA, where he has consistently focused on execution and team leadership. As the incoming COO, he is excited to leverage his professional experience to keep the graduate community running smoothly.

Casey Foran
Chief Financial Officer
Prior to the MBA program, Casey worked as an Associate at ClimeCo and an ESG Consulting Intern at Jacobs, helping clients navigate complex environmental, social, and governance challenges. She is excited to serve as the incoming MBAA CFO while continuing to cheer on the Florida Gators!

Kate Bennett
Chief Marketing Officer
Kate brings a unique blend of creative strategy and analytical curiosity to the MBAA, drawing from her background directing Emmy-nominated broadcasts for NBC, building her own retail jewelry brand and as a Marketing Strategy and Innovation intern for The Hershey Company. She is excited to step into the CMO role to leverage data-driven insights and storytelling to elevate student engagement and brand presence.

Evan Lowe
Vice President of Events
Evan spent the first 10 years of his career as an officer in the Army, highlighted by leading a battery of 275 soldiers as a commander in the 101st Airborne Division. After graduation, he is transitioning to the Army Marketing department to continue his time in service!

Carl Gittens
Vice President of Graduate Engagement
Prior to continuing his education at Warrington, Carl graduated from FAU with a Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration. He spent a majority of his professional career in healthcare and is looking to pivot into strategy consulting.

Kate See
VP of Community Service
Prior to the MBA program, Kate worked in Marketing & Client relations and Talent Acquisition. She is currently concentrating in Human Capital and plans to utilize this post MBA within People & Organizational Development roles!
