Warrington Diplomats
Warrington’s frontline representatives
The Warrington Diplomats are the college’s official student ambassadors. These leaders are your connection to Warrington life, as well as tour guides for future generations of Business Gators.
Selected through a competitive process, Diplomats are top students who bring passion, energy, and insight to every interaction. They build a strong, welcoming community for all Gators through their tours, advocacy for current students, hosting of events and showcasing of college resources.
Diplomats support peers, promote engagement, and lead by example. Their impact reaches across campus and beyond the classroom.

During the fall and spring, Diplomats give in-person tours for prospective students and other guests.
All tours last approximately an hour, including a welcome video and presentation. You’ll explore the business college campus, meet current business students and have your questions answered.
After you sign up, please regularly check your email for a confirmation message as well as important updates regarding location and parking.

However, the tour does not include the Warrington College of Business complex. Schedule your UF and Warrington tours in concert with one another.

Committees
Diplomat committees strive to make meaningful programming. It is a requirement to serve on a committee as a Warrington Diplomat.
The Warrington Diplomats Data Committee runs the internal “Diplomats Dashboard” on Microsoft Teams, maintains the official Warrington Diplomats website, and coordinates all data collection and analysis efforts for the organization and Warrington Career Week.
The committee organizes recruitment efforts and plans Diplomat-only events. They are the face of the Warrington Diplomats, planning, organizing, and executing recruitment events, tabling efforts, and campus outreach. They promote active involvement and meaningful interactions.
The Warrington Diplomats Events Committee Develops programming and events to engage the Warrington community by helping students connect with resources, learn about involvement opportunities, and reflect on their experience in the College of Business.
The group organizes Diplomat-run tours, including schedules, tour training packets, and administrating test tours to all Diplomats to ensure high quality tour experiences. The tours committee is the only committee you have to formally be asked to join.
The group manages social media, branding, events, merchandising, photography, and videography to promote a positive image of the organization and leave an intentional impact on prospective students, current students, and alumni of the Warrington College of Business.
Diplomat alumni and student experience
As a Warrington Diplomat, I have found a community that not only supports my personal and professional growth, but it also allows me to give back to Warrington in meaningful ways.

It is great to be part of an organization where every individual member serves an integral purpose. The Warrington Diplomats have demonstrated they care about helping my personal and professional development in addition to supporting current and prospective Warrington students.
Taylor Anderson
My time as a Diplomat was defined by significant professional growth. By guiding tours for prospective students and facilitating a variety of Warrington events, I developed my public speaking and leadership skills in real-life settings. The mentorship from Warrington faculty and older Diplomats was also impactful, especially as I prepared to graduate and transition into the working world. I treasure my time as a Diplomat!
Claire Patterson

My first experience on campus was through a Warrington Diplomats tour and ever since that moment, I’ve known that this was my home. Now as a Warrington Diplomat myself, I’m so grateful for the connections I’ve established and the best friends I’ve made.
