  • 3/2 CPA Exam Letter Request Form
Some states require you to earn a bachelor’s degree prior to sitting for the CPA. Florida is not one of those states. If you are taking the exam for another state, check the educational requirements with the state’s Board of Accountancy. Some states that require a bachelor’s degree will accept a letter from your school indicating that you’re enrolled in a combined program and have met the requirements for your bachelor’s degree. Not all states will accept such a letter. If would like such a letter, use this form to make the request. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
  • Honors Thesis Enrollment Request
BSAc students eligible for magna cum laude or summa cum laude must complete an honors thesis to earn those designations. After speaking to a faculty member who has agreed to supervise your thesis, submit this form to request formal approval and to be enrolled in the Honors Thesis course, ACG 4970. Enrollment is waived for students in the 3/2 Program. The form describes the cum laude requirements.
  • Individual Work Enrollment Request
MAcc students interested in earning credit for an independent study must first find a faculty member who agrees to oversee the work. Be sure to discuss the number of credits (1-4) you are interested in earning. After speaking to a faculty member who has agreed to supervise your work, submit this form to request formal approval and to be enrolled in ACG 6905 Individual Work in Accounting.
  • Enrollment Request, Accounting Internship – ACG 4941
Before submitting this form, we recommend you speak with an advisor in the Fisher School. An internship is not required for the BSAc or MAcc degrees, and most accounting students do not earn credit for their internships. To register for this course, you must first complete TAX 5027 and ACG 5647.
