Rondarrious Gibson
Rondarrious is originally from Tallahassee, Florida, and attended Florida A&M University (FAMU) for his undergraduate studies where he studied Political Science. He is in the Master of Science in Management (MSM)Program. This past summer Rondarrious interned with JPMorgan Chase & Co as a Summer Analyst in their DFW Campus.
Rondarrious plans to return to the firm following his completion of the MSM program in December. Rondarrious is an avid sports fan and in his free time you can find him at the Driving range working on his golf swing. To find out more about Ron’s background, visit Rondarrious’ LinkedIn profile.

Cloe Carmery
I am enrolled in the Class of 2024 MIB program, and take most of my electives in marketing, my main area of interest. Prior to enrolling in the MIB, I graduated from UF with my BSBA.
I have a strong interest in the luxury industry, and hope to pursue my career within this industry. This summer, I interned for three months with L’Oréal TRAM, where I was Product Manager for Lancôme Skincare and Biotherm. I am hoping to land a job with the company upon graduating with my master’s degree.
Aside from being a full-time grad student and a GCAP, I have also been working for the UF College of Education as a Senior Student Assistant since January 2022.
I am looking forward to starting my journey as a GCAP and help my peers achieve their goals!

Kiersten Kollevoll
Kiersten is a second year, full-time MBA student with a concentration in Marketing. She completed her summer internship for John Deere in Cary, NC. In her first year of the MBA program, she served as VP of Product Innovation and Marketing, Food and Beverage Chair, and Gala Chair. This upcoming year, Kiersten will be taking over the position of VP of Internal Affairs. Prior to joining UF, Kiersten worked as a Marketing Manager and Insurance Agent for her family business, Kollevoll & Associates, LLC. She received her BS in Marketing in 2020 from Susquehanna University in Pennsylvania.

Sarah Alikhan
Sarah is currently enrolled in a Master of Science in Information Systems and Operations Management in the Data Science Track. Prior to joining this program, she had been an Entrepreneurial Marketer with International Cross-Industries Experience. She also holds an MBA degree and possesses over 10 years of experience in marketing and commercial strategy positions at companies like Coca-Cola, and ExxonMobil directly. She has also worked with dozens of other Fortune 500 companies in a consultant capacity. Her last position was at the Coca-Cola Company as a Director of Commercial Strategy. She likes to identify herself as a global citizen since she has grown up in the middle east, spent her college, university, and part of her professional life in Asia, and has been living in the US for over half a decade now. All this adds a vast and diverse global, cross-industry, and cross-discipline experience to her name.

Hunter White
Hunter is a second year full-time MBA student at the University of Florida. A Double-Gator, Hunter received his bachelor’s in Environmental Science in 2017. Prior to joining the MBA program, he worked at a prominent digital marketing agency in Charlottesville, Virginia. During this time, he learned the ins and outs of paid media advertising, as well as developed marketing strategies for a variety of clients in the B2B, B2C and Ecommerce space. As a GCAP, he loves working with others to help them refine their skills to be great in their professional skills.

Suvi Nandawat
Suvi is starting his second year in the Full-Time MBA program. He interned at Owens Corning in a strategic marketing leadership development program for the summer of 2023.
Prior to the MBA program, he worked for various medical device companies as a process and R&D engineer. Throughout his various engineering roles, he saw the importance of understanding all aspects of a business, which is why he chose to pursue an MBA to round off his education.
He is pursuing a general MBA and is also involved with GMG.

Thomas Venezia
Thomas is a 2nd year in the 2-year MBA program. Prior to pursuing his MBA, Tom has experience as an operations manager and registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) for community nutrition programs in New Jersey. His work in recruitment with The Community Foodbank of NJ is what motivated him to pursue the University of Florida MBA program. Tom completed his internship with PepsiCo this summer as an HR intern, acquiring key insights in labor relations, talent acquisition, and organizational health goals. As he completes his 2nd year in the MBA program, Tom aims to use his skills and past experiences to bring out the best in mentees and set them up to achieve their professional goals.

Ade Adeyemo
Ade is a second year full-time MBA student focused in Strategy & Finance. Over the summer, he worked in Corporate Finance with Visa Inc. in the San Francisco. Prior to joining MBA, he worked in Oil & Gas, Asset Management, and banking . He had his bachelors degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. Savannah Taylor
Savannah is part of the Masters of International Business program, where she started as a combination degree student. She graduated with honors from UF in August with a dual degree in Business Management and Political Science with a minor in Spanish Language. On campus, she has been involved as a Graduate TA, CHAARG, Alpha Kappa Psi, and the Warrington Ethics Case Competition team, and has maintained an international focus throughout her college career, graduating as part of the International Scholars Program and studying abroad in Madrid on several merit scholarships. She previously worked as a Sales Management Intern for Pepsi, executing sales strategy and POS initiatives in South Florida. She recently interned at Protiviti in their Business Performance Improvement Consulting solution in Washington D.C., working on organizational change and technical accounting projects. After graduating, she hopes to continue full-time in Business Consulting and pursue international opportunities. She is excited to join the GCAP team and serve as a resource to aid students in reaching their professional development goals.

Dylan Catanzano
Dylan is an MS in Real Estate student from the Greater Boston Area. Prior to joining Hough, Dylan graduated from UF with a BSBA in Finance in the Spring of 2023. He most recently held a position as an Acquisitions Analyst Intern at BuildCasa, a real estate development start-up located in San Francisco. Dylan is planning to work in the Real Estate development industry in the future, but is also considering REITS and Investment firms.

Jordan Johnson
Jordan is starting UF’s Full-time Two-year MBA Program in the fall. Before UF, he served six years in the US Navy and spent most of his time in the nuclear power industry where he performed various responsibilities around operating and maintaining a nuclear reactor. It was a rewarding career and allowed him to travel to many places. Pivoting away from engineering, Jordan earned his Bachelor’s in Accounting from Colorado State University. This combined with pre-military roles is where Jordan found his passion for business and being a leader. This upcoming summer, Jordan will be interning with Procter and Gamble in finance and accounting.

Derek Nelson
Derek initially graduated from the University of Florida in December of 2016 with a bachelor’s in finance and a minor in information systems and operations management. After graduating, he became involved in the commercial real estate industry in Jacksonville, FL and held positions as a property accountant and a financial analyst. He returned to the University of Florida in the spring of 2022 with the intention of transitioning into more technical roles and is currently studying data science within the MS-ISOM program. He has accepted an offer for an IT internship at the Bacardi North American Headquarters in Coral Gables this summer and is also the vice president of marketing for the Association of Information Systems at the University of Florida.

Savannah Kay
I’m enrolled in the full-time 2-year MBA program, class of 2024. My undergraduate major was Spanish, and I have a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in culturally and linguistically diverse education. I worked as an English tutor in Madrid prior to teaching high school Spanish in Colorado for four years. In addition to teaching, I founded and led a district advisory group, served as World Language Department Chair, and was awarded Teacher of the Year for two consecutive years. In 2021 I joined a San Francisco based healthcare startup, where I supported HR and Operations. As the clinical compliance coordinator, I developed and implemented processes for COVID case tracking, managed teams to execute physician onboarding/credentialing, and regularly presented strategy recommendations to executives.
