Scholarship Opportunities

Rent to Own Labs Scholarship

The Rent to Own Labs Scholarship is granted to one real estate student each year. The $2,500 scholarship should help the student pay for textbooks, tuition and development courses related to real estate. Students are expected to mail a printed application to Rent to Own Labs at 12301 Lake Underhill Rd, Suite 111, Orlando FL 32828. Application deadline is October 15th.

The Society of Real Estate Professional Scholarship

The Society of Real Estate Professional is offering a scholarship for undergraduates and graduates interested in relocating to Tampa Bay after graduation. The scholarship will contribute to tuition, fees, supplies and/or books and will amount anywhere between $1000 and $5000. Students are to complete the application and mail a hard copy to The Society of Real Estate Professionals ATTN: Jeremy Pino at 501 East Kennedy Blvd., Ste. 1200 Tampa, Florida 33602. Application is due March 31, 2018.

The analyst’s primary responsibilities will be to track and analyze all aspects of the downtown commercial retail and multifamily real estate market and leverage that knowledge and expertise in the development of research products, client deliverables and business development packages. JP Morgan: Internship

J.P. Morgan’s Commercial Banking businesses serve organizations with annual revenues ranging from $20 million to more than $2 billion, as well as real estate investors and owners. JP Morgan offers three different Commercial Real Estate Summer Analyst Programs that provide hands-on experience and allow you to find the path that bests suits you! The three positions are the Middle Market Banking & specialized Industries Program, the Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries Program and the Commercial Real Estate Program. National Investment Center: Internship

The National Investment Center for Seniors Housing and Care (NIC) serves as a valuable resource to lenders, investors, developers/operators, and others interested in meeting the housing and care needs of America’s seniors. Since 1991, NIC has been the leading source of research, data and analytics for the seniors housing and care industry. NIC has partnered with leading companies in the seniors housing and care industry on the investment and operations side of the business to create an internship program that reflects a commitment to expanding our reach to the next generation of leaders in this growing industry. The program is designed to attract talented students at the graduate and undergraduate levels, affording them the opportunity to participate in summer internships and explore careers in the seniors housing and care industry. A list of internship opportunities can be found on NIC’s Academic Outreach Program website, and students are encouraged to apply directly to those opportunities that interest them.
