The online application will take approximately 45 minutes to complete. Applications are downloaded to the University of Florida computer system at 10:00 p.m. Greenwich Mean Time (5:00 p.m. Eastern Time) on the day after they are submitted. You may edit your completed application before that time. After that you must contact the Office of Admissions with changes.
Forms To Be Mailed
Please print the following forms (using your web browser) and mail them to FSOA.
- Copy of the Application
- Recommendation Forms (recommendation forms can be submitted by hard copy or applicants can request a recommendation letter through the web application)
All other forms are to be sent to the Office of Admissions as indicated on the Graduate Application form.
