Bio
Before joining the Business Career Services team in 2018, Carly’s private sector background included roles in Corporate HR (ExxonMobil, General Electric), international education (South Korea, Russia) and digital marketing. After graduating from the UF MBA program, she refined her ability to develop others by advising employees and senior executives on career development and recruiting strategy, especially within Real Estate and Commercial functions. Carly is passionate about guiding Warrington students as they prepare for their dream careers, and in her current role, she coaches students in the Full-time MBA program.
