Tara Routie joined the undergraduate BCS team in September 2022. Prior to joining, she was a double gator, earning both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Warrington in Management and International Business, respectively. During her time as a Warrington student, she served on the Advisory Board for the Florida Leadership Academy, became a teaching assistant for The Legal Environment in Business, served as Director of Campus Outreach and Executive Director for the Hough Ambassadors, and collaborated with staff to serve on the Human Library Committee and the Heavener Leaders Banquet Committee. Tara was also part of the Gator Band as a Gatorette for four years and served as captain for three years. Tara knows how intimidating the career search can be, and she wants to help students find their perfect career.
