    SVP & Chief Marketing Officer, Manhattan Associates

    Ann is the SVP & Chief Marketing Officer at Manhattan Associates (NASDAQ: MANH), a technology leader in supply chain and omnichannel commerce with over $767M in annual revenue and $12B in market cap. She has more than 30 years of experience in the tech industry, spanning AI, IoT, robotics, blockchain, payments, SaaS, and cloud domains. She has led product management and marketing at several Silicon Valley startups and Fortune 1000 companies including eBay, HP, Sybase/SAP, Symantec, Unisys, and now Manhattan Associates.

    Her mission is to help customers and partners achieve excellence and efficiency in their supply chain and commerce operations, while also advancing sustainability. She is passionate about empowering women in tech and fostering an inclusive and high-performance culture. She is also an active investor, advisor, and board member for several startups and organizations that support entrepreneurship, education, and media. Some of her recognitions include the 2019 SVBJ Silicon Valley Women of Influence, the 2017 ITSMA Marketing Excellence Award, and the 2014 Marketing Hall of Femme Excellence Awards.

    Chief People Officer, Dun & Bradstreet

    Roslynn Williams is the Chief People Officer at Dun & Bradstreet, a leading global provider of business decisioning data and analytics. In this role, Roslynn leads the global teams of Talent Acquisition, Business Partners, Learning & Development, Customer Training, Total Rewards, Sales Compensation and HR Operations and Systems. Roslynn also serves as an executive coach and advisor to the executive team.

    Roslynn joined Dun & Bradstreet in 2014 as the leader of the company’s global leadership and executive development practice, which includes designing and implementing programs for board-critical roles, executive programs, and top 100 initiatives. Roslynn is a certified executive and leadership coach, with expertise and experience in change management and organizational design and effectiveness; her background in product management, business process transformation and operations also informs her role as a trusted and strategic business advisor.

    Prior to joining Dun & Bradstreet, Roslynn was the founder of Madison Lewis Group, a consulting company focused on executive leadership, coaching, and learning and development programs. Previously, she spent nearly 10 years at AOL, with executive management roles in Human Resources, Digital Advertising and Shared Service Centers. Prior to that, Roslynn was with Cap Gemini, specializing in ERP system implementations for Fortune 500 companies.

    Roslynn holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as Certification in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University’s Center for Continuing and Professional Education.

    Sean Pelkey

    EVP & CFO, CSX

    Sean Pelkey is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, leading planning and implementation of all finance activities at CSX, as well as overseeing the company’s real estate assets. He was named Acting Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in June 2021 after serving as Vice President and Treasurer since 2017.

    After joining CSX in 2005, Pelkey held a variety of finance management roles, including assistant vice president of capital markets, as well as several director and managerial roles in investor relations, performance analysis, financial planning, and IT finance.

    He holds an MBA in finance from the University of Florida Warrington School of Business, and a bachelor’s degree from Boston University. He also completed CSX’s Executive Development Program at Harvard Business School.
