University of Florida’s MBA ranks No. 4 for ROI
U.S. News & World Report ranked the University of Florida’s MBA program as No. 4 in the nation with the highest return on investment. Full-time MBA graduates earn six-figure salaries on average within three months of graduation.
In 2025, the average salary and signing bonus for a University of Florida MBA graduate was $149,392, whereas the average student debt was $33,603. This 4.45-to-1 salary-to-debt ratio reflects graduates’ immediate return on investment, offsetting program cost. Additionally, more than 70% of full-time graduates are employed at graduation, with almost 90% employed after three months.
Warrington continues to lead in excellence throughout the state of Florida; UF’s MBA program at the Warrington College of Business is the highest-ranked program across public and private institutions in the state.
The MBA program has also consistently ranked highly across the United States. According to U.S. News and World Report, the program ranks among the top 20 public MBA programs. The Full-Time MBA program ranks No. 17, the Weekend Part-Time MBA ranks No. 17 and the Executive MBA ranks No. 14. Nationally, these programs rank No. 39, No. 30 and No. 32, respectively.
Financial Times ranks UF’s Online MBA program among the top five in the nation and top three among public programs. The program was also ranked No. 3 for value of money. Similarly, U.S. News and World Report ranks the online program among the top five in the nation and top three for veterans.
