2026 Heavener Gator Globes recognize student achievement and leadership in Warrington
The 2026 Heavener Gator Globes recognized student leaders and organizations throughout Warrington for their outstanding achievements, leadership and service in the Warrington community on April 22. Specifically, two students were inducted into the Heavener Hall of Fame and six students received the Distinction in Leadership & Service Award.
Heavener Hall of Fame
Gabriella Davis (BSAc ‘26) and Mallika Baweja (BSBA ‘26) were inducted into the Heavener Hall of Fame. This recognition is one of the highest for student leaders in Warrington, exemplifying exceptional leadership, academic achievement and a long-lasting legacy.


Gabriella Davis is a fourth-year accounting major. She currently works as an event staff supervisor at the Stephen C. O’Connell Center. Throughout her time at Warrington, she has served as the executive director of Gator Ready, captain and director of member development of Heavener Second Year Experience, director of organization development for the Business College Council and founder of the Gator Ready Ambassadors. Post-graduation, she will be working for Grant Thornton in Virginia.
Mallika Baweja is in her final semester at the University of Florida studying finance. Demonstrating exceptional leadership in the Warrington community, Baweja is currently the director of technical and professional development in the Finance Professional Development Program and the director of recruitment for the Florida Leadership Academy. Professionally, she is an incoming commercial banking analyst for Wells Fargo.
Eligible students must be graduating seniors in good standing with a minimum 3.5 UF GPA. Students are selected by a committee based on criteria including impact, innovation, longevity, leadership and achievement within the Warrington College of Business.
Distinction in Leadership & Service Award
Angelina Arguelles (BABA ‘26), Angelina Fentress (BSAc ‘26), Krish Sagar (BSBA ‘26), Meghana Pocha Reddy (BSBA ‘26), Natalia Ehrenwerth (BSBA ‘26) and Tejashree Vijay (BSBA ‘25, MIB ‘26) were awarded the Distinction in Leadership & Service Award. This recognition is reserved for students who have excelled in serving and leading others.



Angelina Arguelles is a senior studying business administration with a specialization in sport management and a minor in real estate. She currently serves as the chief of staff at the Florida Leadership Academy and a junior analyst for the Gator Real Estate Analyst Program. Keeping service and mentorship at the forefront of her efforts, she is also a peer mentor for the UF Real Estate Society. After graduation, she will begin a career in commercial real estate brokerage with JLL.
Angelina Fentress is a fourth-year student studying accounting. She is deeply involved in the Florida Leadership Academy as the director of marketing and in the Warrington Diplomats. She was also in the Florida Blue Key spring 2025 tapping class. Her leadership and service efforts include serving as a UF Peer Leader and as the finance vice president for the UF Panhellenic Council.
Krish Sagar is completing his final year studying information systems and operations management. He currently leads more than 200 students as the executive director of Heavener Second-Year Experience. He has also represented UF at international business case competitions, including winning first place at the John Molson Undergraduate Case Competition and the Belgrade Business International Case Competition.



Meghana Pocha Reddy is a fourth-year information systems student. She currently leads as a strategist on the Heavener International Case Team and as the director of global and cultural intelligence for the Florida Leadership Academy. Her international expertise through her Deloitte internship and research through Curtin University Dubai has given her a unique perspective on cultural diversity that she brings to Warrington.
Natalia Ehrenwerth is a senior studying marketing and minoring in professional selling and entrepreneurship. Her leadership positions include president of the University of Florida Sales Competition Team and team lead of Gator SLAM. She also serves the Warrington community as the marketing project manager for UF Undergraduate CAP Mentors and as the head teaching assistant for MAR3400: Professional Selling. Her service extends to the community through her involvement in Delta Zeta.
Tejashree Vijay is a combined master’s in international business and honors marketing student. She currently serves as the events project manager for UF Undergraduate CAP Mentors, where she leads more than 20 events for hundreds of business students. Throughout her undergraduate years, she also led the Warrington community as vice president of chapter relations for the American Marketing Association and as a member of the Florida Leadership Academy’s innovation committee.
Eligible students must be seniors studying business or accounting and in good standing. Students are selected based on their involvement, impact, leadership, service, participation and engagement with the university.
