Dr. Ariane Froidevaux has obtained her Ph.D. in Psychology at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland. She received the ESVDC Young Research Award to the most promising young researcher in the field (2017), Academy of Management Careers Division Michael Driver Best Applied Paper Award (2015), Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of the University of Lausanne Excellence Award (2017, 2012) and was Finalist for the Academy of Management Careers Division Best Student Paper Award (2016). She has been awarded a Postdoctoral Mobility Fellowship from the Swiss National Science Foundation (2016, 2018) to develop her research projects at the Department of Management of the Warrington College of Business of the University of Florida.
