Shared Email Account in Outlook

Use the following click path to add a shared email account to Outlook on Windows:

  1. In Outlook, click the File tab.
  2. Click the Add Account button.
  3. In the Email Address field, enter the email you wish to add as a shared account.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Click Finish.
  6. Click OK to acknowledge that Outlook must be restarted for the changes to take effect.
