Overview
The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Economics (BSBA-ES) degree program provides students with an understanding of how households, firms, and governments make economic decisions and the implications of those decisions on the business environment, resource allocation, pricing, the distribution of income, and macroeconomic variables. The analytical skills that are developed from this curriculum, combined with core business skills, are useful preparation for careers in business, government, public policy, or academia. A degree in economics is especially appropriate for students intending to pursue advanced degrees in the social sciences and in professional schools of management, law, and public administration.
