Leadership Development Program

Background

As a student at the Warrington College of Business Administration's School of Business or Fisher School of Accounting, you will be challenged to prepare yourself for outstanding careers and amazing graduate programs through a variety of curricular and co-curricular opportunities. The Leadership Development Program was developed to help you gain professional and academic skills that you will need after your undergraduate experience.

Academics

Take courses, even if they aren't necessary to fulfill your degree requirements, to gain valuable knowledge

Leadership Experience

Become more than just a member to gain experience leading others through student organizations

Professional Development

Gain professional experience through workshops, internships, and study abroad trips

How Do I Start?

Research

  • Review the components and levels of this program on this website
  • Email a Leadership Ambassador with questions or to schedule an appointment

Register

  • Submit the Registration Form as early as possible
  • Any activities (other than classes) don't count unless you are registered!

Plan

  • Meet with a to create your LDP Success Plan
  • Meet with an Academic Advisor each semester to discuss which courses you should register for

Levels

The Leadership Development Program has three levels. Each of these levels builds upon the one before it and, therefore, encourages students to plan for their experiences early in their university career.
