College policy does not allow the use of its facilities outside of the Warrington College of Business Administration, except on rare and special occasions that must be approved by the Dean's Office.

This room has 210 seats and is never available periods E2-E3 as the Registrar's office reserves it for exams.
If a microphone is needed, arrangements should be made through the Office of Academic Technology (OAT) on your own. If any other technical equipment or support is needed for your event (i.e. system microphone, overhead projector, computer support, etc), there will be a charge for that service. Also, please be aware that the alarm and locks are automatically activated at 11:00 p.m. each evening. The room must be vacated prior to that time. Reservations for student groups will not be considered without a group advisor or faculty member present.
