Biography:
Brooke earned her B.B.A. in Accountancy, summa cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame. Prior to entering the doctoral program, she worked for two years as an external auditor at KPMG, as well as two years as a senior financial analyst at Kraft Foods. Her current research interests include motivation, work engagement, employee voice, organizational justice and stress.

Biography:
Eean holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Accounting and a minor in Economics from Brigham Young University. At Brigham Young he worked as a research assistant and teaching assistant for the School of Accountancy. Prior to joining the doctoral program in Management at the University of Florida, Eean worked as an auditor and also as a coordinator of youth conferences nationwide. His research interests include work engagement, groups and teams, memory, and learning.

Biography:
Swapnil holds an Undergraduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering from IRIM&EE, India and an MBA from Management Development Institute, India. Before joining the Doctoral Program he held a middle management position with the Indian Railways and has over 15 years of work experience during which he held numerous managerial roles at the various units of Indian Railways. He worked in diverse areas of managing railroad operations, maintaining rolling stock, managing IT infrastructures, implementing and running enterprise information systems and managing teams of professionals. His research interest include Innovation Management, Technology Adoptions, Technology Evolution and Industry Evolution.

Biography:
Marie holds a B.A. in Biology (with Honors) and a B.S. in Genetics from the University of Kansas, as well as an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. Marie's work experience includes training, teaching, and management consulting. Her current research interests include intelligence, personality, learning, and positive organizational scholarship.

Biography:
Charlice holds a B.A. from Harvard University with a dual concentration in social and biological anthropology and an International MBA from the University of South Carolina Moore School of Business with a language focus on French and a functional concentration in Economics. Prior to returning to graduate school, Charlice co-owned a small firm that provided development consulting to nonprofit organizations and also worked in project management at the NCR Corporation. Her work experience includes stints in the United Kingdom and Ghana. Charlice's current research interests are the influence of core self-evaluations and gender on interpersonal relationships at work, the role of interpersonal relationships in mood and well-being, and work-family issues among low-wage earners.

Biography:
Jennifer most recently has earned her M.B.A. in Global Management from Thunderbird, School of Global Management. She also holds dual degrees in Economics and Multinational Business from Florida State University. Jennifer's work experience includes strategic human resources, project management, and sales within large global firms in the telecommunications and construction industries. Her primary research interests include strategic leadership and corporate governance, diversity in top management teams, corporate social responsibility, and global perspectives in these areas.

Dave holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BS) from Presbyterian College, and a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Florida. Prior to joining the doctoral program in Management at The University of Florida, Dave served for 8 years in the US Navy as a Naval Flight Officer, and worked for 4 years in management at The Home Depot. His research interests include justice, leadership, and positive psychology.

Biography:
Jessica received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Florida. Her research interests lie at the intersection of formal and informal roles, including work and non-work role segmentation, team interaction and processes, and multiplex work relationships. In her dissertation, she takes a social network perspective to identify the mechanisms through which multiplex instrumental and friendship ties impact performance behavior. She proposed her dissertation in July 2009 and will graduate in May 2010. Her teaching interests include Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management.

Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Furman University and an MBA from the University of Florida. Prior to attending the University of Florida's doctoral program, Jessica worked in the non-profit sector with the HandsOn Network and the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Her research interests include justice, volunteerism, and affect. She has two first-authored publications in the Journal of Applied Psychology.

His current research interests include leadership emergence, self-efficacy beliefs, justice, and team processes and attitudes.

Prior to entering the doctoral program, Lauren was involved with research examining psychological adjustment to chronic illness and interaction patterns among parents and children. Her current research interests include mood, emotions, and attitudes, interpersonal relationships, personality, abusive supervision, organizational socialization, and business ethics.
