International Talent Program
Immigration concerns can make some employers nervous about hiring the most qualified candidates for their U.S. jobs. The Business Career Services International Talent Program takes the stress and uncertainty away from hiring international students, helping companies hire the best available talent from the Warrington College of Business.
Business Career Services has teamed up with Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy LLP, the leading provider of end-to-end corporate immigration services and solutions worldwide, to simplify the process for those employers who wish to hire our talented international students from the Warrington College of Business. This program is intended to connect our international students to your organization, while securing lower legal fees and high quality legal services.
Here is how it works!
When your company has identified a Warrington College of Business student who you wish to hire into a full-time position, you can begin working with Fragomen to start the process by filling out the Business Career Services – International Talent Program – Employer Questionnaire. It is best if the process is started when the company is close to the point of extending a job offer to a student. Once you have completed this questionnaire, a representative from Business Career Services or Fragomen will contact you directly to continue the process moving forward.
It is also important to know, the student you have identified must also take part in this process by filling out their version of the Business Career Services – International Talent Program – Student Questionnaire as well.
It's important to note that this program does not guarantee a visa sponsorship, visa or employment, but it does improve the situation for international students being recruited on and off campus.
