John Spence

Author & Executive Leadership Consultant; Professional Speaker

John Spence is the author of four books, a business management consultant, executive trainer and speaker with a client list that includes numerous Fortune 500 firms, small to medium-sized businesses and other organizations around the globe.

At 26 he was the CEO of an international Rockefeller foundation, overseeing projects in 20 countries. Just two years later he was an Inc. Magazine Up and Coming Young Business Leader. Today, John is recognized as one of the Top 100 Business Thought Leaders in America, one of the Top 100 Small Business Influencers in America and one of the top 500 Leadership Development Experts in the World.

John is also one of the American Management Association's Leaders to Watch in 2015 along with Sergey Brin, Larry Page and Jeff Bezos.

He has been a guest lecturer at more than 90 colleges and universities including MIT, Stanford, Cornell and the Wharton School of Business, the owner or CEO of 10 companies and has made a career out of "Making the Very Complex… Awesomely Simple".

John Walsh

Corporate Finance Executive; The Walt Disney Company – Leadership Speaker

John Walsh is a Finance Executive with the Walt Disney Company, where he is responsible for managing a $4B annual capital portfolio for Parks, Resorts, Cruise Ships, and New Vacation Development across the globe. John progressed from intern to Executive in less than ten years and has led financial and strategic efforts in operations, business development, financial planning, products and services, technology, and vacation ownership. John also serves on the Board of Directors for Partners Federal Credit Union ($1.5B in assets) and is Chairman of the University of Florida MBA Advisory Board.

John has been a guest speaker at the University of Florida and the University of Virginia, and is featured at the University of Florida's Annual Professional Development Day and other national events. Recently, John founded a startup company, Institute for Performance, Leadership and Success, dedicated to the development, training and preparation of young professionals for high achievement in business and life. As a Coach and speaker, John uses his business insights and stories with Disney, partnerships with world-renowned organizations including the Center for Creative Leadership®, and years of research to help emerging leaders succeed through personal ownership and excellence.

John graduated from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce and has an MBA from the University of Florida's Hough Graduate School of Business.

Jim Karrh

Dr. Jim Karrh is an expert at helping business professionals, teams, and entire companies lead more effective customer conversations—which in turn produces better customer relationships, improved sales, stronger brands, and more employee engagement.

Jim's business insights come from world-class marketing experience and training. He formerly served as Chief Marketing Officer of Mountain Valley Spring Company, building an integrated marketing and public relations program judged best in the global bottled-water industry.

A recognized thought leader in marketing and buyer behavior, Jim has served on the faculty of three universities. His research has been published in top peer-reviewed journals, and he is a frequent speaker at national events.

Today, as a consultant and coach, Jim has clients on three continents including associations, small businesses, high-growth tech firms, North America's largest martial-arts organization, and a dozen members of the Fortune 500.

Jim earned his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business, along with bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees from the University of Florida. But Jim also knows you don't have to be a Ph.D., a professional speaker, an extrovert, or a brilliant conversationalist to bring your own story to life. You just need to follow a process he calls "Managing the Message."

Cass Black

Cass is a Customer Vice President for Mondelēz International. He leads Sales and Customer Develop for all grocery customers headquartered in the Southeastern United States, including Publix, Southeastern Grocers, Ingles, Food City and Lowes Foods.

Cass has over 25 years' experience in customer sales and logistics. He has lead teams in multiple channels including grocery stores, drug stores, and convenience stores. He also spent over nine years in headquarters sales planning, working with and leading cross functional teams, launching new products, and developing innovative supply and in store solutions.

He holds a MBA from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a Bachelor's degree from Georgia Southern University.

Kevin Miller

Kevin is responsible for heading up the Southeast Retail Region. His primary responsibility is driving Executional Excellence across 5,000+ stores with a workforce of over 2,000 full and part-time employees.

He has 28 years of experience with the company and has progressed through positions of increasing responsibility in both headquarters and at field level. He has worked across multiple functions including Retail Implementation, Strategic Planning and Customer Management, with seven (7) years running our Nabisco and Oscar Mayer business on Walmart.

Kevin is a graduate of the University of Richmond, VA with a degree in Marketing & Economics.
