Day in the Life & Job Shadows
Job shadowing activities give you the opportunity to engage with the current Gator business students. It also provides students the opportunity to develop a professional network and receive insight from a business professional/leader. Job shadows or a "Day in the Life" sessions let students experience and observe professionals in similar career fields or interests. Host a Corporate Site Visit
A site visit can entail an office or plant tour, lunch with you or a group of executives, or an information presentation about your business, company culture and the industry. Corporate site visits can be organized in a numerous of ways. This opportunity allows students to get an idea of what it is like to work at your company in your industry. Students are left with a better understanding of what they need to accomplish for a career within your industry. An information session is a great source to provide in-depth information and find candidates for upcoming interviews. These events provide you with valuable "face time" with business students. Representatives often discuss life at the organization, career paths, and currently available positions in their organization.
