Graduate Minor in Real Estate
The Real Estate minor is available to graduate students receiving degrees in related fields, such as Building Construction, Urban and Regional Planning, and Geography.
Students pursuing a masters degree must complete six credit hours to obtain the real estate minor. Students pursuing a Ph.D. outside of the business school must complete twelve credit hours to obtain the real estate minor.
Students taking WCBA courses must own a notebook computer conforming to the Warrington College of Business Administration graduate computer requirements. Additionally, a real estate faculty member will need to be added to the student's graduate committee as his or her minor representative.

To earn the minor, students must:
- Ask Dr. David Ling or Dr. Wayne Archer to be your "minor representative", then ask your advisor to add Dr. Ling or Dr. Archer and the "Real Estate Minor" to your supervisory committee form.
Complete the following two courses:
Graduate Minor in Real Estate Required Courses Course Title Credit REE 6045 Introduction to Real Estate (Summer B, Modules 1, 2 & 4) 2 REE 6395 Investment Property Analysis (Modules 2 & 4) 2
Earn at least two credits from the following list:

Students pursuing a Ph.D. outside the business school who wish to obtain a real estate minor may be able to substitute other real estate related courses for one or more of the electives list above with the written permission of their real estate minor representative.
