Joint JD/MSRE Degree Program
Curriculum
In order to earn the JD/MSRE degree, candidates must complete 22 credit hours, including five required courses (10 hours) and 12 credit hours from the elective courses listed below. Sixteen of the 22 credits must be from the Department of Finance, Insurance and Real Estate (that is, they must have REE or FIN prefixes), as required by the Graduate School.
JD/MSRE students are not required to take Summer B courses, except for the GEB 6930 International RE Study Tour, which takes place between the Summer B and Fall terms.

NOTE: Courses will be offered so that they may be completed during the Fall and Spring terms of any year. Two credit hour courses are offered on a modular basis. That is, they run for half of a semester. Modular courses are offered in the first and second half of the Fall and Spring semesters.
