Joint JD/MSRE Degree Program
Application
NOTE: Current UF JD's who are applying to the Nathan S. Collier MSRE program and will not take summer classes should apply for the Fall term.
UF Admissions begins processing on-line applications within 48 hours of submission.
When completing the on-line application, under Primary Program, look for Business Administration, then select Real Estate & Urban Analysis.
All Applicants
Must submit the following to Pam DeMichele, MSRE Director of Admissions and Student Services.
- Three (3) letters of recommendation.
- Statement of Purpose.
- Your resume.
- Current UF law students in the Comparative & Tax Programs must also submit their official GMAT or GRE scores.
International Applicants
Once officially admitted, international applicants are required to document proof of financial support for the first year. The International Student Advisors at the University of Florida International Center (UFIC) will only contact admitted students via email to request this information.
