Requirements

Admission to the Nathan S. Collier Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) Program is competitive, with approximately 30 students admitted per year. Admission is based on a number of factors including the applicant's GMAT score, academic record, and work experience. The work experience need not be in real estate; in fact, some of our most successful graduates have used the MSRE to transition from accounting, banking, finance, building construction, planning and other fields to a career in commercial real estate.

Minimum Requirements for Admission

  1. A bachelor's degree from an approved institution
  2. A GPA of 3.0 (last 60 hrs of undergraduate coursework)
  3. A GMAT score of 550 or 154 on each section of the GRE test
  4. Prior work experience is strongly preferred

UF's MSRE program stood out on top for several reasons, such as the broad nature of the curriculum and the quality of the board members in that they do not hesitate to offer advice and their rolodexes to advance the students' careers.
