Estimated Program Costs

All costs are estimated for the entire program (based on 2012-2013 academic year) and are subject to change.

Non-Refundable Professional Development Fee

Due within two weeks of program acceptance:

  • $500.00

Total Program Tuition

Billed per term:

  • In-state: $18,884 (36 credits x $524.56/credit) plus course fees (billed each semester)
  • Out-of-State: $42,475 (34 credits x $1,249.28) plus (2 Study Tour Credits x 524.56/credit) plus course fees

*Please note that the 2 credits for the Global Entrepreneurship Study Program are charged at the in-state rate, regardless of residency classification.

Global Entrepreneurship Study Program (Required for Full-time Program)

  • $3,400 (includes $1,850 program fee plus estimates for airfare, entry visa, food, and incidentals)

Other Costs

All costs are estimated for the entire program (based on university 2012-2013 cost of attendance).

  • Total Books and Supplies: $1,500
  • Computer Costs: $1,500
  • Housing and Meals (Full-Time students): $10,000

In-State Tuition Reciprocity

The MSE program is a participant in the Academic Common Market, which is a program created by the Southern Regional Education Board (SREB), to allow students from 16 Southern states to 'study in a specialized field at an out-of-state college, while paying in-state tuition.' The MSE program is currently approved to offer tuition reciprocity to state residents of Alabama. Students from other SREB member states, should contact the MSE program for more details about MSE tuition reciprocity in their state.

In addition, for those UF graduates with links to Osceola, Orange and Seminole counties, you may be eligible for a graduate scholarship from the Central Florida Gator Club.
