Graduate Minor in Real Estate
The Real Estate minor is available to graduate students receiving degrees in related fields, such as Building Construction, Urban and Regional Planning, and Geography.
Some background in business-related courses such as finance, accounting, business statistics, and economics is recommended.
Students taking WCBA courses must own a notebook computer conforming to the Warrington College of Business Administration graduate computer requirements. Additionally, a real estate faculty member will need to be added to the student's graduate committee as his or her minor representative.
Information about non-Business student registration, our WCBA Graduate Modular system, academic calendar, course offering and more can be found on the Graduate Elective Courses page.
To complete the minor, a student is required to:
- Ask Dr. David Ling or Dr. Wayne Archer to be your "minor representative", then ask your advisor to add Dr. Ling or Dr. Archer and the "Real Estate Minor" to your supervisory committee form.
