Dear MAIB Alumni:
With nearly 1000 alumni spread across the globe, we hope that these newsletters help you feel connected to the MAIB program as we continue to grow our alumni programs. In this past year, I have had the opportunity to meet many of you and I am continually impressed with the alumni I meet. You have served as alumni panelists, joined us at tailgates, shared your professional tracks, helped to recruit and promote our students, and have been excited to help out and give back to our program and students in any way you can. You all have helped make a difference and I am excited to watch our alumni program grow through your help and dedication.
We are excited to see quickly our alumni program is growing and are asking YOU to help us. Please let us know if you would like to get involved and if there is anything we can do to help you stay connected with the University of Florida and the MAIB program.
For those of you who do not know me, I am a MAIB grad, class of 2008 and am happy to serve as the Associate Director of External Relations with the MAIB/MSM program. My job allows me to meet prospective students while promoting the programs, advise and mentor our current students and ambassador groups and coordinate alumni events as the alumni liaison.
I look forward to meeting you at an upcoming alumni event!

Help the UF Alumni Association Stay Connected
Join us at the UFAA's 7th Annual Orange & Blue BBQ
Before the Gators play in their annual scrimmage game, come join us for a BBQ lunch with all the fixins'. We invite current students and alumni to join in on the fun. Lunch will be free for all MAIB grads and students, and we invite our MAIB grads to bring a guest.
When: Saturday, April 9th, 2011, 10:00am - 12:00pm
Where: North Lawn of the Ben Hill Griffin Stadium (look for the big tent)
MAIB Study Tour
This past fall we returned to Budapest with 105 students for our annual fall study tour. The students met with industry executives in the banking, commercial service, tourism, transportation and electronic industries. While we love Budapest, we will be changing things up this year by going to Prague, Czech Republic for our fall study tour!
