Kaplan Mobray is the U.S. Diversity Recruiting Leader at Deloitte. Bill joined Price Waterhouse in 1991 and is currently a director in PwC's Fraud Risk and Controls practice. He has 17 years of experience in financial statement audits and forensic accounting investigations.
His experience includes financial statement audits and SEC reporting in the entertainment and media, telecommunications, software, and consumer and industrial products industries. Bill also has been involved in numerous forensic accounting investigations in several industries and is a contributing author of the AICPA/IIA sponsored whitepaper Managing the Business Risk of Fraud: A Practical Guide.
As a director in the firm's fraud risk and controls practice, Bill assisted in developing PwC's fraud auditing policy and methodology, and serves as a subject matter expert for numerous audit engagement teams with respect to clients' antifraud programs and controls and PwC's fraud auditing procedures.
Bill is a graduate of Indiana University, cum laude BS Accounting 1991.
Rob Gupta

Rob is a manager in the Fraud Risks & Controls ("FR&C") Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and has over 6 years of public accounting experience and with the firm for 4 years. Rob's experience includes financial statement audits of public and private companies, across all major industries, both in the US and in Canada.
Rob serves as a fraud subject matter expert on the firm's higher risk audit engagements and also supports and reviews forensic investigations. Rob primarily specializes in the Retail & Consumer and Industrial Products industry sectors and his experience includes, consulting with audit engagement teams, forensic accounting investigations, litigation support and internal and external training facilitation.

Mike spent his first 15 years with Deloitte & Touche in their tax department, with his later years as a tax partner. He serves public and closely-held businesses and high net worth individuals.
Mike received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and his Master's of Taxation from Florida International University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Ft. Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce. Gary French is responsible for the Fund Administration division of State Street Corporation's U.S. Investor Services group. As such, he directs the activities of staff providing financial reporting, compliance, performance reporting, Treasury support, Blue Sky, legal, and tax services to a number of mutual fund client relationships. Additionally, he has responsibility for two of the firm's largest outsourced custody and fund accounting relationships. Gary graduated from the University of Florida. He has served on many industry committees, including the Investment Companies Committee of the AICPA, the Accounting/Treasurers Committee of the Investment Company Institute and on the Board of Directors of the National Investment Company Services Association, where he completed a six-year term, including two years as Chairman.

John has over 31 years of operations management and experience, mostly which has been in the financial services industry. Prior to joining State Street, John's most recent assignment was as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Fund Accounting and Administration at First Data Investor Services. Sabrina Williams recently joined State Street Corporation as VP, University Relations and Diversity Staffing. Prior to State Street, Mrs. Williams was the Director of Diversity/Talent Acquisition for Stop & Shop Supermarket Companies.
In addition to receiving her MBA from Simmons School of Management, she has over 15+ years of senior management experience in a variety of corporate settings, ranging from human resources and finance to marketing. During her career she realized that companies were not doing enough to diversify their associate pool.
"Diversity has always been a component in attracting and retaining talent," she said. "In order for companies to succeed, they need to attract diverse talent."
Williams' goals as VP, University Relations and Diversity Staffing are three-pronged: she would like to attract the best talent, help to create an environment that maximizes success and support the growth and development of State Street associates.

Mr. Hovorka is the Executive in Charge of Crowe's Private Equity Practice and is based in Chicago. Mr. Hovorka has served the private equity industry for nearly twenty years in various aspects of corporate finance and assurance services. He has extensive transaction experience and has advised on more that 200 transactions for private equity investors and specialty finance lenders.
Mr. Hovorka's experience encompasses a wide variety of industries including consumer products, manufacturing, retail, construction, and business services. Mr. Hovorka has delivered transaction services support to US based private equity clients on a myriad of transactions across Canada, Europe, Asia, and South America.
Specific advisory activities include due diligence investigations, analysis of restructuring plans, investigations and analysis of business models, cash flow projections, integration planning, and working capital analysis. In addition, Mr. Hovorka has led the financial post-merger integration process for a Fortune 100 company and an international conglomerate.
Prior to joining Crowe's Transaction Services practice, Mr. Hovorka spent ten years managing the audit of public and privately held portfolio companies. In addition, he has assisted private equity clients with their exit strategies through their public debt and equity security offerings.
