Shaun T. Kelly has been the Vice Chairman of Tax Services for KPMG LLP since 2005. Prior to that, he was the Chairman of the Global Transaction Services practice. He also has served as Regional Coordinating Partner for KPMG's Transaction Services Practice in the Americas. A native of Belfast, Northern Ireland, he joined the KPMG firm in Dublin in 1980 and transferred to the U.S. firm's San Francisco office in 1984. He was admitted to the U.S. partnership in 1999. Mr. Kelly has been providing companies with divestiture, merger-and-acquisition, transaction structuring and due-diligence support since 1986.
Mr. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree, First Class Honors, from University College, Dublin, Ireland.
Mr. Kelly is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Tom serves as Vice Chair and Managing Partner of Ernst & Young's Southeast Area practice and a member of Ernst & Young's Executive Board. He also serves as the senior advisory partner for several major clients. His responsibilities in that role include discussions with senior management and audit committees regarding corporate governance concerns, including auditor independence and scope of services, as well as client satisfaction with all Ernst & Young services.
Tom joined Ernst & Young in 1978, and in 1987 was admitted to the partnership. He previously served in the Firm's National office in accounting research, as a practice partner for the Alabama practice (Birmingham office) and the Area Managing Partner for the Western Pennsylvania, Western New York, and West Virginia practice. In the fall of 1996, he transferred to New York and assumed the role of Vice-Chairman, Human Resources and member of the firm's Executive Board.
In September 2000 Tom assumed his current responsibilities of leading the Southeast Area (16 U.S. offices, San Juan and the Caribbean Islands) and continues to serve as a member of the firm's Executive Board.
Tom graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Accounting and an M.A. in Accounting with honors from the University of Alabama. Tom is an active and contributing community leader. He is a member of The Rotary Club of Atlanta, a trustee of the Woodruff Arts Center, board member of the Metropolitan Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, a director of Buckhead Coalition, and member of the Board of Visitors at the University of Alabama, and Wake Forest University. Tom and his wife, Jan, have two sons, Tommy (21) and Houston (19).

A fifth generation Floridian from Auburndale, Florida, Johnnie graduated with honors from the University of Florida, with a Master of Accounting (Tax) degree. Johnnie was with KPMG Peat Marwick's Orlando office for 13 years, serving as a Tax Partner for 5 of those years. He joined KPMG's Orlando office in 1984. Prior to that, he was a Tax Senior with Arthur Andersen & Co., in Houston, Texas.
In 1997 Johnnie co-founded the accounting firm of Tedder, James, Worden & Associates. In ten years the firm grew from 6 to 110 employees and merged with RSM McGladrey / McGladrey & Pullen on June 4, 2007.

David is a Certified Public Accountant and a Tax Partner at CB&H. He has over 29 years of experience providing tax planning and compliance services to publicly traded and privately held companies, as well as not-for-profit organizations. David directs the Firm's Tampa Bay Tax Practice, coordinating services to clients throughout the region.
David focuses his practice on providing comprehensive strategic tax planning to closely held entities, S corporations, partnerships, controlled groups and tax planning for individuals. Tracy is an Assurance Senior Manager in the Products and Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP's Florida Market. Tracy has been in public accounting for 13 years, returning last year to the Orlando office after a 5 year secondment in London with PwC's Capital Markets Group (CMG). Based on her experiences in Europe and with multi-national companies, Tracy has joined PwC's IFRS Conversion Specialist group.
Tracy has specialized in serving PwC's publicly listed multi-national clients in the retail and consumer and financial services industries for the past several years. Tracy managed several IFRS conversion projects in Europe for foreign private issuers. This required managing large client and PwC teams, coordination with the audit team, IFRS, US GAAP and SEC reporting expertise and advanced project management skills.
During her career, Tracy has served notable clients including: Tupperware, ING Groep, Barclays, GE/Genworth, Morgan Stanley, National Grid, Dresdner Bank/Allianz and National Australia Bank.
