dotted line spacer Overview

At the graduate level, we offer a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) Program, a Real Estate concentration within the Traditional MBA Program, and a Joint Law/MSRE Program. Non-business graduate students may obtain a Real Estate Minor. At the undergraduate level, we offer a Real Estate Minor, which is available to both business and non-business students.

The access to high-level industry professionals our real estate programs provide is unmatched by competing programs and is a significant strength of real estate at UF. This industry interaction occurs through many channels including our mentoring program that partners graduate students with members of the Bergstrom Center's Advisory Board, participation in the Ring Distinguished Speaker Series, numerous field trips and company visits, and interaction with members of UF's Friends & Alumni of Real Estate (UF-FARE). The Bergstrom Center also promotes interaction with related programs at UF, such as building construction, urban planning, and architecture. This multidisciplinary approach, coupled with the active involvement of industry professionals, provides a premiere educational experience for UF real estate students.
