MBA with a Concentration in Real Estate Overview

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a real estate concentration (i.e., major) has been available at UF for over 50 years. In the traditional two-year program, designed for students with a non-business undergraduate degree, students generally take their elective courses, including real estate, during their second year of study. A one-year MBA Program, designed for students with an undergraduate business degree, is also available.

UF's Real Estate degree programs and activities are supported by the Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies. The faculty and staff of the Bergstrom Center sponsor and support numerous events, organizations, and activities that have the potential to provide interested MBA students with valuable opportunities to interact with practicing real estate professionals. For more information, go to www.realestate.ufl.edu.

All MBA students with an interest in commercial real estate have access to the real estate concentration, the Alfred A. Ring Distinguished Speaker Series, the UF Friends and Alumni of Real Estate (UF-FARE) association, and the annual Bergstrom Center Trends and Strategies Conference.
