Joint JD/MSRE Program Overview

The Levin College of Law and the Warrington College of Business Administration support a joint degree program. This unique program allows students to complete both the Juris Doctor and the Nathan S. Collier Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) degrees in three years.

Joint Degree students may obtain their Master's Degree in Real Estate by completing 22 hours of course work in the business school. Moreover, more than half of these 22 credit hours also count toward the student's Juris Doctor Degree.
