Each year, PURC annual conference brings together key leaders in industry and academia, primarily from Florida and the Southeast. The conference was held at the Turnbull Conference Center in Tallahassee, Florida. The purpose of this Conference was to explore regulation into the next millennium.The sessions included a roundtable discussion of regulatory issues, sessions on infrastructure reform, balancing national and regional priorities in energy policy, and a telecommunications policy symposium.
