Employer Outreach
Purpose is to organize the Council's efforts in reaching out to prospective employers who have not traditionally recruited on campus. It will involve designing a marketing campaign to aide in the promotion of the College and its students

The WYAC employs an on-going process to build out a robust network of contacts at leading employers to assist in the recruiting and employment process. If you would like your firm to be included in our process, please send your contact information to the email listed above.
Employer Survey
In conjunction with the WYAC's contact database, the WYAC continues to focus and refine its marketing effort based on the feedback it gets from leading employers, through its automated survey
Events
Over the coming semesters the WYAC will explore the optimal way(s) to get the University's elite students and leading employers together through various functions including:
- On campus interviews
- Athletic networking events (i.e. Football, Basketball, Baseball, Soccer, Lacrosse, Volleyball)
- Trips to major cities to visit with potential employers (i.e. New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Boston)
- Academic events (i.e. IB, VC, PE, Consulting , J&J student contests)
